Fresh upon the planet of Gliese 581 are three contenders that decided to unite under the name of "Eagle's Reach", named after the tough-as-nails space cruiser that got within reach of the colony before severely malfunctioning. Whether it's for fighting or something a bit beyond that, each person in this group has a different reason for being here in the colony of Spektre.

Thomberry Gange:
(TOM•berry GAN•Jee)
A simple former soldier looking for another skirmish so as to keep his skills sharp. Gange piloted his "Black Eagle" Space Cruiser looking to make use of himself in the trade of bounty hunter after receiving the distress call from Sheriff Mahogany Jane. Gange's specialty is long-range engagement. His custom rifle, Ol' Blue has a lot of advanced features like variable diameter round firing and linear gun functionality. But due to Gliese's Atmospheric phenomenon, a lot of those capabilities aren't available, although it can still function as a straightforward rifle. Gange alone would've been fine, but just a couple of day previously he crossed paths with...

Lester Mole:
On Gange's brief stop at an interim Space Station, he sees a small, uncomfortable-looking man walking rather quickly past him. before long there were station guards scouring the area where the man had been. When Gange returned to his ship, there sat Lester: Intergalactic Thief, All-Purpose Hoodlum, and General Bastard. True to bastard-form, Lester offered Gange gobs of money (that he may or may not actually have) in exchange for hiding him on his ship until he gets to his destination. Which brings us to...

Celeste:
This beauty was found stranded in orbit around Planet Gliese, as the main thruster to her personal ship was damaged. Gange and Lester pick her up and decide to take her to the colony. But there's something else she's visiting this planet for, something that can only be found here. Celeste is looking for the legendary metal Orihalcum, and proposes this quest to the boys. Once informed of it's supposed value, of course Lester is game. Thom, not so much. Still, when someone like Celeste asks so nicely, it's almost impossible to say no... So as long as the others don't get in his way or can aid Gange in the mission he set out for, Eagle's Reach is ready for any trouble that comes their way.
